  Amazing emergency service detecting a leak on the boiler which had been missed by one engineer, I had been let down by a second engineer and had to have the boiler out of action for 2 full days for safety reasons until I could get it sorted out. I am so very grateful because I am chronically ill and I was getting very poorly from being so cold. I will be converting to Bee Warm from now on for my plumbing and heating maintenance.   Liam fitted two new radiators for me. We were messed about by other heating engineers - ignoring messages, making arrangements to quote and not turning up. Not the case with Liam, I'm pleased to report.

Messaged him, he turned up to quote, was open and honest about when it could be done and it ended up being done sooner (that's how to do it).
